It has been years since I last saw Redwood Curtain in Hallmark and while I've been long too engrossed in this riveting tale of an adopted Amerasian (perhaps mainly because Geri Riordan was played by Lea Salonga).
I never thought I'd be blogging about this, especially now.
And so, why am I dedicating an entry about the movie is...
Because, I just found out that Jeff Daniels was the one who played Lyman Fellers, not just in the film but in its original Broadway production, the hermit in the woods who turned out to be Geri's biological father.
Yes, Jeff Daniels! The amazing crusading anchor in HBO's The Newsroom is Lea Salonga's Chewbacca-like father in Redwood Curtain.
